Cancellation Policy
Terrarium Workshop Policy Booking Deposit A R250 deposit per person is required to secure your workshop booking. The deposit is deducted from the final price of the terrarium created on the day. Choosing Your Terrarium You will choose your vessel, plants and natural elements on the day of your workshop. Terrariums start from R850, with the final price depending on your selection. Cancellations & Refunds Workshop deposits are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed. If you are unable to attend, you may contact us in advance to request a change of workshop date, subject to availability. Late Arrival Please arrive on time for your scheduled workshop. Late arrival may reduce your available workshop time, as workshops run according to scheduled sessions. Live Plants & Finished Terrariums As terrariums contain live plants and natural materials, completed terrariums and live-plant products are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Our Commitment Acquature Living Art is committed to providing everything required for your workshop and ensuring you have a complete and enjoyable experience. By paying the R250 deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these workshop terms.
